Categories of Personal Data Collected:

During the use of the Service, you may be asked to provide some of your personal data, in particular by completing a contact form. The data collected by the Controller includes: name, surname, email address, telephone number, and website address.

Providing the above data is voluntary but necessary to use certain services or functions of the service. Your personal data may also be processed during email correspondence or telephone contact.

Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

Personal data obtained by the Controller during the use of the Service are processed for the following purposes:

  1. To provide services that we offer and to conclude and perform a contract, including ensuring the proper quality of services during the contract term, before the conclusion of the contract, and for proper settlements after its termination (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

To fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, including those arising from accounting and tax regulations or resulting from the storage of data on services provided for future proceedings of competent authorities, ensuring the security of services provided in accordance with relevant regulations (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);

Automated Processing of Personal Data

The information collected may be processed in an automated manner (including profiling).

Profiling is used to conduct analysis or forecast personal preferences and interests of persons using the Service and to adjust the content found in the Service to those preferences.

Profiling may also be used for marketing purposes, i.e., adjusting marketing offers to the preferences of our Users.
